There will be no training this Wednesday evening as I am attending a family funeral .

I am going to teach you to” punch with your foot and kick with your fist” 😆😆 ( I might use this line ) if you haven’t seen it you must watch the art of self defence on Netflix.

Karate is on tonight at the usual times because I have nothing better to do and if I did have it wouldn’t be better anyway😀

Due to the new lockdown obviously there will be no final session of training tonight and at this moment in time I cannot give you a date for when we reopen in the new year. So merry Christmas to all my students and hopefully see you sooner rather than later in the new year🥋🏆

Last class of the year is on Monday 21st , if you have sponsor money please bring it with you or pm me and I will give you my bank details if you would rather or can’t make the class 🥋🏆
