There’s no pressure to talk, share or explain why you’re there. Join us in the pool, stay for the chat, do both, or simply come along and see what it’s about.

It’s not a meeting or a programme — just a relaxed, supportive space to have some fun, meet people who understand and hear real stories. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

An amazing review from Claire on our first Floating Fit session 🫶🏼

📍Floating Fit - 3rd Friday of every month

Of course I attended a class after finally getting my hair coloured! My hairdresser is going to hate me! 🫣😂

Going to a class is way out of my comfort zone!

However I got my big girl pants on and honestly this was the best and funniest class I have ever been to!

Yes I was the first one that fell in and fully submerged but it was absolutely worth it all!

Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcomed to my first ever class!

TONIGHT is our very first Floating Fit class! 💦💪

We know lots of you were interested in this class and places booked up quicker than Glastonbury tickets! 💨💨

We have limited spaces on Floating Fit due to the equipment required, so we are currently looking at running two classes back-to-back next time to enable more people to secure a place. 🤞
