*URGENT PLEASE READ*

We have received an email from British Ice Skating to alert us to some scams going on in the social media world especially TikTok. There are some awful people targeting younger skaters who have social media and saying they know them and to send a picture. They are then using AI to do the unthinkable with these images.

Please keep your children safe online and educate them on online safety.

If anyone has any concerns please feel free to email us or message us directly. There is also a contact for BIS in the letter. The police are involved and working with BIS.

Our final competition of the year!! Entries are now open for our Mixed Club Competition on the 19th September 2026!!

*We are introducing a new exhibition category for this competition, which is very similar to the Planet Ice Artistic Competition. Think costumes, music and handheld props!*

There is a category for everyone - Skate Excellence, Skate UK, Skate Star, Pre-Beginners, Free Skate, Pattern Dance and Free Dance. View the criteria at www.wisc.uk/events. Please check the criteria carefully before you put in your entry. Closing date for applications is Friday 11th September 2026 at 11:59pm
