I’ve started work at 5am for pretty much 10 years solid.

Yet I get PTs moaning when things haven’t clicked in 10 months.

I get clients wondering why they haven’t got their dream physique in 10 weeks.

There’s no luck involved in doing the basics day in, day out over a prolonged period of time.

It’s not fancy but it requires a commitment that sometimes you can’t be arsed doing but you know it’s necessary.

Sometimes you just need to lock in & see what happens. It’s not Amazon prime, some things take years not days.
