🌱 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Our community club is looking for friendly volunteers to lend a hand with:
🌿 Grounds maintenance
🥣 Our Friday Bowl & Plate community food project
🤝 General support around the club

Whether you can spare an hour, have a particular skill, or simply want to get involved and meet people, we’d love to hear from you! Every hour makes a difference. ❤️

Fancy a delicious wood-fired, hand-stretched pizza? Join us at Garswood Hall for some seriously good pizza!

Available from 5pm on Thursday 13th August and 3pm on Saturday 16th August.
With Margherita, mushroom, veggie, pepperoni, spicy pepperoni, garlic bread and more — there’s plenty to choose from! 😋

Superb hospitality on Saturday at Wigan Warriors thanks to Mike Sharkey at Greenmount Projects for supporting the charity event for Keeley Mcvey Ne Blackledge and GoGirl that was held at Garswood Hall Bowling and Community Club back in April. They donated an incredible Wigan Rugby hospitality package to the raffle that raised much needed funds for a deserving cause.

Unfortunately Keeley wasn’t well enough to attend on Saturday but we will certainly be taking Keeley back with us when she’s feeling better. We’re all behind you Keeley! ❤️.

Whether you enjoy gardening, being outdoors, or simply want to give something back to the community, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for help with:
🌱 Weeding and pruning
🍃 Sweeping paths and general tidying
🌼 Looking after the borders around our bowling greens

You don’t need to be an experienced gardener—just willing to lend a hand. Even one hour a week can make a huge difference to our community club.
