Photographs from the Presentation Evening held on Friday 7th June. Huge Congratulations to our Mixed C Team for being Runners Up in the 3rd Division and to our Ladies A as Runners Up in the Ladies League. Also to Connor and Chris for winning the Men’s Doubles, to Chris for the Men’s Singles and Connor for winning the Geoff Williams vote in the Men’s League.

A great start to the new season.
Our A team beat Vida A 11-7 and our B team beat Vida B 14-4.
There were some very close matches and all plain a great spirit.
The C team beat Appleton 14- 4, the match was greatly enjoyed by both teams.
Well done all !
Don’t forget club nights on Friday- 7.30 to 9.30. It would be great to see you down there. 🏸🏸

ABOUT THE CLUB:
We are a friendly badminton club located at Newbridge Learning Community in Platt Bridge.
We currently have 3 mixed teams, 2 men’s teams and 2 ladies teams that play in the Wigan and District Badminton League.
We train on Friday evenings from 19.30 - 21.30 and all new members are welcome - please just drop the page a message for more info 🏸
