All set up and ready for a self defence class at Edgehill University for Mens Health Week. First of many to come hopefully.

Many thanks to all who attended the Festival of Fitness yesterday at Edgehill University. It was a great to talk to everyone and give some advice and tips on staying safe. We had alot of interest in future classes so watch this space :)

Northwest-Selfdefence will be at Edgehill University(23rd of May) in the new 15 million pounds state of the art sports centre for the Festival of Fitness. We will be offering the opportunity to sign up to future classes as well as offering advice and answering any questions.
