Our Digmoor summer sessions launched last week, with participants engaging in fun activities throughout the day 🙌

A reminder, these sessions run every Wednesday during the summer holidays at Digmoor Community Centre, from 12pm – 3pm ☀️

Last week, we held our annual Awareness for Alex 5-a-side tournament to celebrate the legacy and memory of Alex Crook 💙

Young people from our Premier League Kicks sessions joined us at Stadium Way for a football tournament, alongside a water safety workshop delivered by Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service - where they learned potentially life-saving skills and the dangers of open water.

Thank you to everyone for continuing to support the event and celebrating the life of Alex with his family and friends.

Week two of our and HAF Camps is off to a great start! ⚽️

Young people have been enjoying fun football activities, developing their skills and making new friendships!

A reminder that tonight's Girls Advanced Development Centre has been postponed.

The session will resume next week.

Last week, we hosted our Premier League Changemakers Camp, a three-day programme aimed at empowering young girls in the community through workshops and physical activity 🙌

Participants engaged in female empowerment workshops looking at role models, identity and influences- with a healthy relationships session delivered by Locala Health & Wellbeing 🗣️

We were also joined by Wigan Athletic Women's Holly Mason, who delivered an engaging football session to inspire the girls ⚽️

On the final day, the girls enjoyed a stadium tour, before dropping off rocks with positive messages around the stadium 🏟️

The day ended with padel and roller skating! 🛼

A huge well done to all the girls for their hard work throughout the week!
