Two INCREDIBLE transformations from Leah and Scott 🙌
LEAH
When Leah first started, even running 3Ks felt daunting and was fairly new to the gym.
Fast forward to now…
She’s losing weight, running longer distances ,entering runs, getting stronger and growing massively in confidence.🙌
She’s gone from worrying if she could do it… to pushing herself further without hesitation.
Over 10kg📉

SCOTT
Scott came in with one of the craziest imbalances I’ve ever seen (literally)😂
We focused on the basics, stayed consistent, and gradually evened everything out. On top of that, he’s built serious strength and dropped weight at the same time.
Over 15kg 📉
That’s what happens when you trust the process and put the work in.
The results speak for themselves
Massive congrats to both of them for staying consistent 👏

It really is that easy.
1. Steps- if you hate running there are other forms of cardio you can be doing. Sometimes it doesn’t need to be that strenuous. Just simply going out for a walk and getting your steps in will be beneficial.
2. Consistency- it’s pointless going to the gym every now and then and wondering where your progress is??
Just start small and build your way up. No point committing to 6 days a week if you never hit that.
3. Sleep- have you ever trained on virtually no sleep… it’s impossible. Not to mention your recovery is non existent. If you want real progress you need to improve your sleep.
4. Diet- this doesn’t have to be salads all the time. Finding a diet that suits you and your goals is the best way. As long as it’s in your calories you’re all good. Just make sure you’re TRACKING.
5. Social. People start the gym and they only last a couple of weeks (if that😂). They forget to include their social life and training. Just because you go out and enjoy yourself every now and then doesn’t mean you’ve ruined all your progress. Just picking it back up when you’re next training.
