Royce's Gym

First the Concept 2 rowing machine, then the concept 2 Ski Erg and now we are the first gym in Great Britain to aquire the new Concept 2 Bike Erg. The most unbelievable ride, so smooth and 100% accurate. Come down and give them a go.

From a sporting point of veiw i achieved the world record on the Concept 2 Skii Erg for 1000 metres for my age group. With a time of 3mins 20.9 seconds, which also placed me 20th in the open category of 19-29 year olds. I recived a certificate from America and to get on this world record list was the toughest thing i have ever done.

Myself, Linda & Melissa would like to wish all our friends and menbers of the gym a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are open over Christmas and if you are interested in joining us in the new year we would love to see you. Membership prices are as follows, £150 for the year, £16 per month (standing order) or £3.50 per visit. £150 works out at around £2.80p per week for access to the best equimptment. For no extra charge I will always be there to offer you guidence to achieve your fitness goals, no matter what level you are at.
