At ANDYSMANCLUB, we see it every week, men walking through the door, sitting down, and starting conversations they might never have had anywhere else.

Now we’re inviting workplaces, communities and individuals across the UK to do the same.

Host your own Brew & Chat Day. Put the kettle on and start a conversation. Because every conversation has the power to change, or even save, a life.

We’ll provide everything you need to get started - from downloadable resources to awareness materials and “happy to chat signs”, to help spark those all important conversations.

🏏 Volunteer at Wigan Sports Club – help keep our club at its best 💚

We’re looking for volunteers to come down and help out with light jobs around the club—things like a bit of gardening, general tidying, and helping keep our outdoor spaces looking great.

We’re planning to make this a regular weekly get-together too, refreshments will be provided☕🍞—a chance to have a natter, meet new people, and enjoy a bit of company while you’re here.

Whether you’re retired and fancy a brew and a chat, or a young person looking to lend a hand during the school holidays, there’s a place for you here.

Even if you can only spare an hour every now and again, it all helps. It’s not about how much you do—it’s about being part of something.

By volunteering, you’ll be supporting local grassroots sport while helping us build a real community hub—a place where people of all ages can come together and feel welcome.

With exciting plans ahead (including our brand new padel courts 👀), there’s never been a better time to get involved.

All Stars Cricket (ages 5–8)
The perfect first step into cricket! 8 weeks of fun, skills, and confidence-building in a safe, inclusive environment. Each child receives a t-shirt, bat, ball and backpack – and parents are welcome to join in too! 🙌

Dynamos Cricket (ages 8–11)
Ready for the next level? Dynamos builds skills and introduces match play in a fun and supportive setting.

A love letter to cricket 🏏💌 .. from someone in a long-term relationship with it 😂 I don’t think there’s a sport quite like cricket.. A game loved by so many, and one lived and loved by so many partners too 🫶🏼 One that brings us together, yet separates us for long spells of time Quite often a sport which brings a love/hate relationship, for both players and partners A third person in the relationship, yet somehow the reason some of the strongest relationships exist Cricket isn’t a sport you just turn up and play. It’s a way of life. And if you go about it the right way, you learn to love it.. and can’t imagine life without it.
