G&S Fitness WELCOME TO G & S FITNESS - WIGTON The Best gym in North West Cumbria, with various different classes, cardiovascular and weight training facilities.

G&S Fitness is fully equipped with cardiovascular and weight training facilities and equipment. Whether you want to take part in an instructor led class or organise your own workout, we aim to provide something for everyone. Downstairs we have free weights, weight machines and a range of CV equipment. Upstairs there are spinning bikes, hand weights and kettle bells and cross trainers, rowing machines and upright and seated bikes. All areas of the gym are open to men and women. There are male and female changing and shower facilities upstairs.

Notice for our members ‼️

Beginning from next Saturday the 26th of September our staff working hours will change on a weekend .

On Saturdays and Sundays beginning next week we will have a member of staff in from 11am- 2pm.

If anybody would like sunbed tokens outside of these hours we advise you to come and collect them before the weekend , You can also purchase Sunbed Tokens + Creams out of our vending machine which is *CASH ONLY* .

We hope these staff hours work better for our customers, Thank you everyone

*BANK HOLIDAY HOURS*

On Monday we will be open 7am- 10:30pm , there will be a member off staff in from 9am-12pm then the fob will go on at 12pm . If anyone would like sunbed tokens out of staff hours we advise you come and collect them over the weekend .

The 9am spin will be on as usual and the 10am Legs Bums & Tums .

Our fobs are still at a discounted price (10% off) . This will end on the 1st of September when they will go back to full price .

So come and grab your fob at its cheapest price and save yourself £5🏋️‍♀️

Opening time updates . Our doors are open from 7am on a weekend to 10-30 pm . You will need a fob to 10 am then the doors will be open to 2 pm we’re the fob system will kick in again . Make you sure you get a fob from reception. We still have an offer on all this month of £15 to purchase one .

Just a shout out to our members for there fantastic support of the last 2 difficult years . Anyone paying monthly on standing order will be going into a draw at the end of the month with the 2 winners getting a month free gym which we will pay back in cash . We don’t take any of our members for granted and are constantly trying to reinvest in the gym to make it a fantastic facility for you all 💪🏼😊
