Absolute legend!! Scott is hands down one of the best trainers I have ever had !! I got to a point where I felt like i wasn’t improving with my strength and I had lost confidence and hit a plateau. Scott immediately made me feel comfortable and inspired to get back on track. I left every session with a read sweaty face and an all time high. I’ve really struggled with confidence in the gym but with Scott’s constant support and knowledge entering the weight section is becoming less scary. He pushed me in ways I wouldn’t have been able to on my own and hit targets I thought I was so far away from. If I hadn’t moved back to London I would have continued training with him for as long as I could!! Best investment !!!

I reached out to Scott just a few weeks out from my wedding, I already loved training and attending BodyHub classes but I wanted the extra push in the run up!

Scott’s training has been the absolute push I needed and more! With Scott’s help and education I’ve hit some serious PB’s adding over 100kg to my hip thrust and each week I’ve felt better and way stronger💪🏻

Key focuses for me & Team FWSPT as we step into 2023:

• The right nutrition vs goal

• Challenging workouts, if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.
• When the going gets tough, keep pushing and don’t give up.
• Be a warrior not a worrier.
• Implement something new, and remember everyone starts as a beginner and it’s ok to be a beginner.
• Replace i can’t with, i can.
• Replace this is hard with, i can do this.

- Apply the majority of the above and be guaranteed to have a solid start from now as we step into 2023!
