No matter your goals, all it takes to achieve them is consistency. You donโt need to do that crash diet, you donโt need to train everyday. You donโt need to over do it. Just be consistent โ๐ป๐
We all have our ups and down, some days we are tired and donโt wanna train. However getting it done is a great achievement, you canโt always do a perfect gym session, but you can get it done. The only bad workout is the one you didnโt do, itโs Monday tomorrow get back to it ๐ช๐ป
Sometimes getting started in the first place is always the hardest. When starting off try make sure whatever your goals are. They are achievable, realistic and not too extreme. Get a plan and become accountable and you will achieve whatever you set out to do ๐๐ป

*Assisted pulls ups*
Pulls ups are one of the best upper body and back exercises you can do. However not many people can do pulls. So a good starting point is to either get yourself on the lat pulldown and build you weight up or try this machine if your gym has them
