Already thinking about that takeaway on Friday?

If you’re already thinking that way then I think it’s time you look at the rest of your week.

Now, I’m not saying takeaways are always bad and should be avoided.

However

We shouldn’t be relying on them

If you’re finding yourself in the position and not making progress it’s very likely that your macros aren’t matching your lifestyle.

Dieting is never easy.

But it doesn’t have to suck.

Why are non-negotiable’s important?

For me it’s about more than having a simple checklist

It’s about deciding what things will benefit me in my personal and/or business life.

Then figuring out the small things I need to be doing daily in order to achieve them.

For example..

Not responding after 8pm ensures I’m able to relax and unwind at night. Which in turn means I’m present in my home life.

Listening to audiobooks / podcasts keeps me learning and inspires me to continue to grow and help more people.

Losing weight can be hard.

Losing fat while maintaining muscle is even harder.

Can it be done?

Definitely. 100% YES!

However
