I have the great privilege to call this amazing lady a friend. Truly inspirational. She started her journey 3 years ago, hating the sea and scared of anything in it! She has taken many many small steps, celebrating each milestone. It’s certainly not been easy but she did it! She flaming well did it! I am in awe and admiration for her and what she has achieved. She is evidence that small steps lead to big goals.

The ridiculously SIMPLE way to add more movement into your already busy schedule without having to schedule it into your already full schedule.⏰

1. Park towards the end of the parking lot.
2. While Brushing your teeth, do squats and calf raises.
3. Take a walk and listen to music during your lunch break.

What can 30 min of extra movement a day do:
🔥Improves cardiovascular health: Regular exercise and movement can help improve cardiovascular health by strengthening the heart and improving blood flow.

🔥Boosts mood and reduces stress: Exercise has been shown to boost mood and reduce stress levels by releasing endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals.

🔥Enhances mental clarity and cognitive function: Movement can also enhance mental clarity and cognitive function by increasing blood flow to the brain and promoting the growth of new brain cells.
