Hi! Looking for a positive, energising way to start your week? Why not join me and my lovely community class for yoga, 5:30-6:30 pm on Mondays, at the beautiful Nutshell in Kings Walk, central Wi******er? This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners. This is in no way a Lycra clad or competitive group! We are very welcoming, so please come as you are. 🧘🏼‍♀️ I am really excited to be running two children's yoga sessions in the half term holiday at the Discovery Centre - Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th October, 9:30am - 10am.
