Our new CrossFit Teens programme is designed for those who want to build strength, improve fitness, make new friends and develop confidence that carries over into school, sport and everyday life.
Every session is coached by experienced professionals in a supportive environment where teens can learn proper movement, challenge themselves and have fun along the way.

What a day!
Huge congratulations to everyone who took part in our ERGATHLON challenge - 10k Ski | 20k Bike | 10k Row completed in teams of 4.
The energy, teamwork and effort on display were incredible. It was an absolute blast from start to finish, and seeing everyone push themselves (and each other!) is what makes these events so special.
Now the real question is... who's already getting ready for the next one? 👀
Can we see a sub-40 minute finish next time? ⏱️
