First Zoom Strength and Conditioning session of the new year with Wi******er and District Athletics Club, focus on running specific strength work using resistance bands with some plyometric work to boost power - well done everyone.

Great Performance Profiling session with junior endurance runners at Wi******er & District AC. Some really interesting ideas on what are the key characteristics of a successful endurance athlete. After considering physical, mental, tactical and technical aspects there was some honest self-evaluation and healthy debate.
All the athletes now have a clear picture of their strengths and also the areas that they would like to focus on improving in the next few months. Goals set and ready for the next session in the new year.
