This week is charity, disco and birthday week here at 🍏. I am donating all the income from my classes to the great The Joe Glover Trust, children's cancer charity. There will be lots of fun and games and a disco in class to raise more money. It's also my birthday and the 2nd birthday of my circuits classes so there will be cake.

Local friendly circuits and bootcamp classes catering for all levels, based in Kings Worthy and Itchen Abbas. Mondays and Wednesdays 8pm and Friday Bootcamp at 9am. Great way to kick start a fitness regime or compliment an existing one. Come along for a FREE trial. Email [email protected]
