I’m a supervising teacher of The Hoffman Process, a Life Coach and run Relationship Courses.

My intention is to get couples thriving again through clear communication, letting go of past grievances, visioning a positive future and rebuilding respect, trust and intimacy regardless of whether they are together or apart.

I appreciate it’s not a subject people
might want to share but many of my clients come to me because of an affair. Through The Couples Course they find their way to forgiveness and a deeper connection. So when I saw this I thought I’d share it here on the off chance that anyone wanted to inspire others…

Wanted: spouse who made their marriage work despite an affair, to talk about why it was worth fighting for and how learned to forgive. OR a couple who both strayed but overcame this and now stronger than ever. For a broadsheet. Pls email: [email protected] 🙏

Learning to be peacemakers is paramount, as demonstrated by Nelson Mandela's embrace of different cultures to achieve peace.

Resolving conflicts like Israel-Palestine or Russia-Ukraine will require time and hope. But to foster hope for humanity, we must embark on this journey together. If people worldwide unite in the spirit of peace, starting with our small community, we may inspire and be inspired by others. Let's envision a collective movement towards peace, where our strength as peacemakers grows with each step.

I had the pleasure of talking relationships with recently. You can listen to it on her podcast ‘Another Way with Selina Barker’. Here’s what she says:

If you or anyone you know is struggling in their relationship then this podcast episode is for you.
In fact, even if you’re not struggling in a relationship right now, but you want to enjoy a long-lasting nourishing relationship, full of love and intimacy, then this episode is also for you.
Because this week we dive deep into the topic of relationships with my special guest, the amazing Relationship Coach, Matthew Pruen.
I first came across Matthew’s work three years ago when I attended a Hoffman Relationship Workshop, run by him and his wife . That weekend workshop was absolutely life changing for me and ever since then, any time a friend or client has been struggling in their relationship, I’ve sent them to Matthew and they’ve all had equally life changing experiences with him.
There is noone I know who shows us another way of approaching love and relationships quite like Matthew and so I was over the moon when he said yes to coming on the podcast.
We explore why so many people seem to be struggling when it comes to relationships, how the Romantic Mythology that dominates our modern-day take on love is setting us up for disappointment in our relationships, why we can get stuck in power struggles for years and what it really takes to create a long-lasting relationship full of trust, love and intimacy.
This episode is so rich with wisdom, powerful insights and practical advice from Matthew. I came away from it having had yet more ‘aha’ moments about relationships and where I was getting sucked back into that Romantic Mythology. I can’t wait to hear what you get from it.

Ever wished you could find a secret formula to transform your relationship? That's exactly what we unravel with relationship coach Matthew Pruen, as he delves into the heart of commitment, personal growth, and the magic of accepting your partner unconditionally. With his roots in both Arab and English cultures, Matthew's unique perspective helps us understand the true essence of accepting and loving each other as fellow humans.

Our exploration continues as we shed light on the power of emotional intentional experiences on personal growth and spiritual development. We reminisce about childhood, revealing how it holds the key to understanding our deepest emotions and kick-starting a journey of self-discovery. Through the lens of the transformative Hoffman process, we learn to appreciate the evolution of consciousness and the unneurotic spiritual self.

Finally, we confront realities about relationships and commitment that often get buried under romantic fantasies. Relationships, as we discover, are more than just shared love; they're about shared growth, with adversity acting as the catalyst. Inspired by the lessons from my book, "Slay your Dragons With Compassion", Matthew shares his understanding of commitment as an unconditional acceptance of your partner. Get ready for an insightful exploration of commitment and self-growth within relationships. Join us, and start your journey of building stronger, deeper connections.
