Hursley Park Cricket Club

When Chris Westbrook first played for Hursley Park CC, they hadn’t put a man on the moon, no one had heard of The Beatles, and Queen Elizabeth II was fairly new to the throne!

68 successive seasons later, at the age of 81 he’s still turning out, today, in the Sunday XI v Wield CC!

‘Westy’ played alongside his 74 year old younger mate Paul Meads and EIGHT players 15 or younger (including a 13 yr old!)

A true legend of Hursley Park CC and cricket in Hampshire!

Great to see the efforts of the 💚HPCC U13s and U15s celebrated at the end of the season.
Many individual and personal achievements this year 🏏
More importantly these boys are growing into fine young men! 💪

HUGE congratulations to the HPCC Men’s 1st XI who secured the title in SPL Division 3 this season. 🥳🏆
A real team effort from everyone who batted, bowled, fielded and kept wicket. 🏏
Special mention to Jenson Bishop who captained the team to top spot in his first season as skipper! Our very own HP ‘Special One!’ 💚
