Feeling a little shaky after my half hour lunch smasher!

CIRCUITS. Each circuit 3 Sets No Break. 60 secs break between circuits.
1. KB Swing 30, Jump Rope 100, Leg Raise 10, Burpee 10.
2. Hanging Dips 8, Shoulder Press 12, Tricep Dip 12.
3. Chest Press 12, Chest Flye 12.
4. Bicycles 20, Plank Jacks 20, Commandos 20, Mountain/Spider Climber (alternate) 20.
5. Itโs quite hard.
6. ENJOY!

My favourite cuisine is most definitely italian. Easy, fresh flavours, loads of colour and really simple; itโs definitely a โless is moreโ kind of cooking.
Try this super easy chicken cacciatore for an energy boasting week day dinner or lazy Saturday lunch. I served mine with a crunchy rainbow salad. ๐๐
Chicken thighs seared, remove from pan, add diced onion, peppers, courgette, carrots & crushed garlic, fry until soft, add chopped (quartered) mushrooms, add dried mixed herbs, dried basil, fresh basil (optional), salt and pepper, cook for two minutes, add tinned chopped tomatoes and the chicken thighs. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through, adding water if necessary. EAT.

Ladders: fest feet, hopping & jumping; swings; clean (squat) & press; incline press; dips; high knees; butt kicks; bicycles; mountain climbers - 4 rounds - cool down run 1.5mile.

Chicken breast, roasted with chopped peppers, onion, basil, garlic & chilli (plus spinach tossed through to serve); with steamed courgette, tomato, pumpkin seeds & lemon couscous.
We are soooooo busy opening that we donโt have time to eat in the day (not advisable btw)!!
If you are mega busy try this super quick, super easy mid week meal - itโs packed full of protein plus of all the vitamins, to charge you up for tomorrowโs madness ๐๐

Gardening is a great way to help little ones build important motor skills while encouraging physical and cognitive development.
Also, itโs well know that children who grow vegetables gain an interest in eating them too! Happy days ๐ ๐ฑ

My face says it all! What a bonkers few weeks!
Opening a new catering side to Munch ( ), a mound of end of term marking, PT clients, workshop planning, a small child, plus all the usual daily stuff, has barely left me with any energy for fitness!
I can totally see why people say they donโt have time to exercise and it is something I have always understood when chatting with clients. We are all busy, busy, busy people!
BUT itโs always worth it and even a short 20-30 minute burst helps with strength, cardio, proprioception and bone health, as well as being a saviour for your mental health.
This morning a squeezed in a short run and 20 mins full body strength workout and felt so much better for it.
