CKC were kind enough to put on a fun day for the members whereby they drove the circuit in reverse. Lucas seemed to really enjoy himself and we look forward to CKC on the 3rd going the right way round

WE CAME, WE CONQUERED, WE PASSED! We visited the truly fantastic clay pigeon raceway on Monday and Tuesday for a day testing different set ups and for Lucas to undertake his arks test to gain his national b licence. Our examiner Lee was really pleased with his approach and speed and didn't put a foot wrong through practical or theory. Lee was happy to take a picture handing over all the paperwork ready to be sent off to the msa ready for our first kart season.

MSA licence pack has arrived. Now lucas has to knuckle down with the revision before the big test!

Twice in September we have visited our favourite kart club Forest edge showing off our new Project One Chassis. With the new chassis under our top driver we made some real progress with driving style, speed and lap times. Lucas's race craft is developing massively with every outing and that along with his mature attitude to be the best is the a real eye opener to many others at all the clubs we attend. Massive effort from him two weeks ago not only breaking his 51 sec barrier but bringing his times down to the 49's which is a huge achievement for his age group putting him once again the fastest little lad on track.

Out with the old and in with the new. We have just purchased a chassis upgrade for lucas so moving forward we will be using a 2012 project one package. Lucas has used the chassis to really develop his race craft but needed a front running chassis for msa events in 2015.

Saturday and Sunday was huge weekend for Lucas and i and we saw real progress in his driving style and lap times. We attended Camberley Kart on Saturday with our new ufo tuned engine and always expected an increase in performance due to the new equipment but didn't expect to be half a second from the licensed cadets. we are well within the window we need for Lucas to get his race licence. On Sunday we traveled to forest edge with high hopes after our stunning performance on the Saturday. We were approached by Laser Racing earlier in the week as they were very interested in working with us. Once again the new engine performed beautifully all weekend and the guys at Laser did a great job with Lucas shaving 2 seconds off his fastest lap time. A couple of rest weeks now to work on the simulator ready for Camberley on the 12th.

Just a couple of pictures from clay pidgeon raceway that lucas and i visited on Tuesday. It was our first time at the circuit but we both really enjoyed ourselves. Changing conditions kept us on our toes as always but came away with some very strong and happy lap times

A couple of pictures from BTCC at Thruxton yesterday. Earlier in the year we were invited to attend the meeting as a VIP so we could get up close to the action along side BMR Racing. Lucas met all the drivers, enjoyed the hospitality, sat in one of their touring cars and watch them set up for the days racing.
