In Bhagavad Gita 2.14, Krishna reminds us that pleasure and pain, success and failure, ups and down, are as temporary as the changing seasons.
They come, and they go.
The health issue, the job, the lack of expected results, the pain, the rejection itself isn’t what causes suffering, it’s our judgment of it. What we make it mean about us.
Equanimity isn’t about being numb, it’s the powerful perspective that allows us to witness the storm without letting it move us. We stay grounded, connected to who we truly are.
When we shift our mindset from “why is this happening to me?” to “this is just a passing wave,” we regain control over it.
Sit with it.
Listen again.
What comes up.

It’s choosing ease over effort.
Progress over perfection.
Being before doing.
It’s not always easy.
But it’s who we’re truly meant to be.

Ever feel like there is a constant tug-of-war inside your head? 🧠🌟
One minute you’re ready to take on the world.
The next, your mind is whispering all the reasons why you aren’t “good enough.”
This mental friction is the opposite of who we truly are.
We think we have to just “keep going,” never stopping to see how being hard on ourselves is actually slowing us down.
So why do we do it?
Because we don’t fully see another way.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that “tough love” is the only way to stay driven.
But the truth is, you don’t need to be mean to yourself to be motivated.
When you stop the inner fight, you find the energy you’ve been wasting.
Kindness isn’t “soft, it’s about being calm, clear, and intentional.
We perform best when we feel safe, not when we feel under attack by your own mind. 🤯
Being your own best friend is the highest form of self-love and discipline. 🧘🏽♀️💖🌱

Do you ever get stuck overthinking a decision? 🌿
One minute it feels right.
The next, doubt creeps in.
So you ask others.
You think a bit more.
And somehow feel even more confused.😵💫
I’ve had a few of those moments recently.
Nothing big or dramatic.
Just a life and business choices.
And I noticed myself doing what we all do:
overthinking, wanting certainty, wanting the “right” answer… even though there rarely is one.
There’s simply the choice that feels right for me in the moment, with what I know.
So I practiced what I teach.💫
I paused.
I took a deep breath.
I asked my body, my heart, my intuition:
What feels true for me right now?
The answers came. Without force. Just quiet clarity.
Your intuition works the same way. 🌸
It does not shout.
It does not rush.
It simply knows.
Next time you’re unsure, try this:
✨ Pause.
✨ Place a hand on your heart or belly.
✨ Take one slow breath.
✨ Ask gently, what feels right for me right now?
Trust your inner voice today.
It knows more than you think.
