Adult Karate training is practised on a Saturday 12.00 - 13.30.
The training fee is £20 per month, and paid by Direct Debit.

Traditional Shotokan Karate is practised in a relaxed environment, with an emphasis on improving overall health and wellbeing, while remaining strictly focused on developing a practical, and realistic understanding of a fascinating Japanese Martial Art.
The Dojo (training hall) is a modern spacious studio, providing a sprung floor, full length mirrors, and air conditioning. The Tennis Club provides free parking, changing rooms and showers.

A great weekend of Karate practise, and proud achievements. On Friday evening Nazareen successfully passed the KUGB 3rd Kyu assessment and was awarded her Brown Obi by Sensei Frank Brennan 8th Dan KUGB https://kugb.org/instructors/8th-dan/frank-brennan/

Saturday normal training (12.00 13.30) and on Sunday Wi******er Karate Club held it’s first ‘Functional Karate’ class at the Dojo, located at Wi******er Tennis Club https://www.winchesterkarateclub.co.uk
The ‘functional Karate classes are hopefully planned monthly, and held on a Sunday morning.
Although the actual grade was achieved with another organisation, it my pleasure to present Kimberley England with a hand made Japanese Kuro Obi.
