New 1:1 Pilates at Overton & North Waltham Osteopathy

We are excited to welcome Lucy Hughes, Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates Teacher, to the team.

Lucy will be offering 1:1 Pilates. This is perfect for individuals recovering from an injury that may require a more personalised program, or for those who prefer a quieter session right here in the clinic.

Lucy and I have often collaboratively worked together for some of our patients, and it's great to be able to expand this service.
