Happy 5th Birthday to the quiet, calm powerhouse that is Viki Smith and her wonderful team of teachers. Her planning spreadsheets rival ours and she's a phenomenal teacher, supporter and nurturer of all families that come her way. She breathes our ethos in everything she does, thanks for all you do to support others and me on this crazy journey we embarked on together!

You may have heard about the love hormone, also known as oxytocin. The physical contact and skin-to-skin connection in the pool releases oxytocin - the "love hormone" - helping to reduce stress for both parent and baby and build beautiful bonds.

Our classes are fully inclusive and we never compare our swimmers - we appreciate that children develop or progress in their own wonderful way and at their own speed. 💞

And that’s exactly why we work with you to help tailor our classes to nurture and support your little one to bring their confidence to the surface! 💗

How? Well, we adapt the activities, offer different challenges and alternative instructions and cues, give extra support when needed and, most importantly, let children progress at their own pace.🩵

We love how post-swim coffees have led to park play dates and invites to birthday parties... and how some families journey through the milestones programme together, seeing their babies and toddlers flourish and grow together ❤️ 💙
