Last run and last ones down down. So lucky to have the slopes to ourselves.

Making the most of the snow whilst it’s lasts. Think we will be getting some requests to swap the skis for snowboards next year.

This is the result of a headstand challenge set by the night before - it’s easier to do a headstand on an SUP rather than on terra ferma after a bottle of rose!

My live Classes are still going strong every Monday9am , Thursday9:30am & Friday9am. Thursday morning 9:30 is cardio conditioning. If you only join me to see me kick open my cupboard door which I mange to do EVERY week! On top of that you’ll get a good sweaty workout. Bring hand weights if you have them. Look forward to seeing you Thursday 9:30am.

A lovely Father’s Day with a quick trip to the beach. Good news daddy Duke is on the up. Nice to see the kids are not phased by their dad taking the ultimate tree wee!
