All sessions are pay as you go at £7 each, official reusable Clubbercise glowsticks are £6 a pair.
Once you get going I also have a five-class pass for £30, which lasts for 70 days—there’s no membership or ongoing commitment, or continue payg.

Glow & Tone is a full-body hybrid class—Clubbercise meets legs, bums and tums! It combines cardio, strength and toning exercises with Pilates-inspired moves and plenty of low-impact options.
It’s suitable for all fitness levels and perfect if you’d like to incorporate a little more strength training while still enjoying the music, lights and atmosphere of Clubbercise 😊 x

We have become used to having a new year new me not only in January but also in September. It is a time of year way want to check back in with our habits and routines, but we don't have to do it all in the first week. It's a recipe to fail. Small steps 🦶

I didn’t go to Ibiza to escape being a mum.
I went to remember who I am when nobody needs a snack, a drink, help finding their shoes—or someone to referee an argument over Lego.
You can love being their mum and still miss the version of you who existed before everybody needed you.
That’s part of why I created my classes.
Because we can’t escape to Ibiza every week—but we can have a little time out, where the music is loud, nobody wants anything from us and we get to feel like ourselves again.
