Summer fitness

Starting tomorrow! Clubbercise Friday night sessions are back for a 5 week sprint into the summer.

Glow into the Weekend for £25, £30 including your glowsticks

Complement this with a drop in session on Mondays - my popular Clubbercise Glow & Tone is a mix of Cardio, sculpt and Pilates and is suitable for all levels of fitness. No experience needed, just come along and give it a go!
