If you want to try something new to introduce some fun into your fitness, then come along and try out Fitsteps; 6.05 pm Wherwell Village Hall Mondays and 6.05 pm Kings Somborne Village Hall Wednesdays.
Come and have a go…it is a lovely way to develop your strength and mobility and cardio fitness in an easy format class. It is a follow along class designed around the rhythms of Ballroom and Latin dance with a sprinkling of disco and ‘class choice’ rhythms and music. You don’t need any previous dance or Fitsteps experience….it is about moving to music...any way you want to. If you know you enjoy dance, then it’s a bonus...and the only 'ask' is 'Do you enjoy it?'
The class is designed to gently improve mobility, balance, whole body strength (think upper arms, wrists and hands and shoulders in addition to the larger muscle groups) and neurological health/awareness alongside cardio fitness.
There is nothing to ‘learn’….you follow the instructor, there are lots of options so it is suitable and safe movement for all. You’ll come away with a smile, feeling better than when you started and meet some lovely friendly people.
If you are interested just come along to either class to see if you enjoy it for a trial class. After that, it is £9 pay as you go and £30 for 5 classes. Message me if you'd like a chat about it..

We'll be learning this new Paso in class this week😀. Jayd and Jenna asked us 3 to support them in the Empress Ballroom, so a very special venue and a lovely fun, unexpected start to Saturday.

You can come to Fitsteps to get fit and stay flexible….but you can intensify EVERYTHING you do in class….do more in less time if you follow the advice from Natalie…and me.😀
