What a great turnout this morning with 570 participants and over 40 volunteers. It was lovely to welcome everyone from Pedal, Paddle, Pace... and lots of people enjoyed some goodies from the Bake Sale. Results have been submitted and should be processed soon - thank you to everyone for closing up the gaps in the funnel and returning all of our tokens! Just a reminder, we're cancelled next week as The Cheese & Chilli Festival is taking place, but we look forward to seeing you on Saturday 13th June.

Wow, another sunny May morning and another bumper turnout! This morning we surpassed even last week with 663 finishers π―! That's a record for a normal (not Christmas or our 500th) event ππ»!! So a massive well done to everyone and thank you for moving swiftly through the funnel and keeping phones away until you're through - with that and the longer funnel we managed to avoid anyone having to queue to pass the timekeepers.
And thanks of course to our amazing volunteers, including those that stepped in to help when they saw how busy it was - they kept things running smoothly and efficiently. We are so lucky to have you all helping us out ππ».
A few bits of lost property (see photos). The sunglasses and battery backup charger are in the pavilion - you can collect them next week or let us know here or via email at [email protected] if you need them more urgently. The blue hoody had a PSC card in it so is being dropped off there for you to collect.

Well done to the bumper crowd of 634 who ran/jogged/walked round this morning! We had loads of visitors this bank holiday weekend and a fair few milestones (some of whom kept it quiet so didn't get a shout-out!) - congratulations to all of them π. And as ever, a massive thank you to all our amazing volunteers who make it all possible ππ»ππ»π!!
Apologies for the congestion at the finish - we'll lengthen the funnel next week. But it would also help enormously if everyone could keep moving, with no gaps, in the funnel when it gets busy please. Looking your barcode up on your phone can wait until you've left the funnel π. Thank you ππ».
