So nice to be riding again at last, and just in time to take advantage of the sunshine ☀️

Happy Christmas everyone from Graham - who enjoyed his Christmas party a bit too much last weekend, adding some special dance moves that aren’t required in dressage tests and weren’t appreciated by the judges (or me!) 🥳 🤣

The rare 2 headed, 6 legged horse!

Sometimes with horses things just don’t go to plan!

Despite a lot of logistical problems in the run up Graham and I made it to the Petplan Championships.

He’s been feeling great at home but after we arrived at arena UK he got himself into a bit of a scrape - fortunately just superficial scrapes and bruises, and though he was sound so we competed, he definitely didn’t feel quite himself which was rightly reflected in the scores.

It was rather frustrating but we’re home safely and he’s now enjoying a few days R&R and making the most of the sunshine, then it’ll be time for a winter of training!

Well done Graham - he’s earned a wildcard for the elementary Petplan championships 😁🍾

Grahams latest party -
Only our fourth ever elementary test and he excelled himself with +69% and 4th place at the area festival qualifier 🙂

Good height internally, my 19 hand horse travelled comfortably in it.
