Here is a great way to improve your weight transfer and stability!

You can go to the golf range and work on this but if you combined this with ⬆️ strength you will see results much quicker!

An excellent impact drills here for

The main focus with this drill is sequencing. Maintaining fluidity throughout this movement will drastically improved your power at impact.

⬆️strength + ⬆️ speed = ⬆️ performance

Make sure the resistance is light enough to ensure you can feel yourself pull the band with the body, not just the arm.

⛳️Effective core training for GOLF! ⛳️

One element of power in golf is the ability to transfer energy through the body and club so it can be delivered to the ball.

Efficient energy transfer requires lower body stability, core strength, and trunk strength. We love The Half-Kneeing Chop as it challenges all 3 of these elements!
