one of the biggest fitness myths is that you have to choose one or the other.

strength training helps you build muscle, improves your bone health, reduces your risk of getting injured and makes everyday life easier.

running improves your heart health, builds your endurance, boosts your energy 🔋 and helps you stay healthy for the long term.

the truth is... you don’t have to choose.

the best programme isn’t all strength or all running. It’s about finding the right balance and becoming stronger and fitter.

that’s exactly why I’ve built Coaching House the way I have.

💪 Structured strength sessions to help you build muscle and progress each week.
⚡ Strength & Conditioning sessions to improve your fitness level while getting stronger.
🏃 Weekly Run Club and interval sessions to build endurance, improve your cardiovascular fitness and complement your strength training.

running is huge right now. It feels like everyone is signing up for marathons before breakfast!

but the truth is, nobody starts at 26.2 miles.
Like anything in fitness, results come from showing up consistently and putting the reps in over time.

If you’ve been thinking about starting running but feel overwhelmed, start small.

run short intervals.
walk when you need to.
buddy up with a friend.
join a run club.
use apps like Runna.
work with a coach who can guide you.

You do not need to be amazing to start.
You just need to start.
