On Thursday evenings at 7pm I run a community yoga class at St Agnes church hall in Windsor. As a community class this is a donation based class (minimum donation £5) to help everyone access the wonderful benefits of traditional Hatha yoga. During the class we play with movement, breath work and meditation. The class is well attended but we always try and make room for newcomers.
