Good fun 6-1 win today with in the O45s National EH cup round 1. Onwards to round 2 (tier 1). Great team performance all round 😃🎉👏🏑

Icy and -2 degrees cold outside; no problem, the hot & cold air-conditioning unit in our studio gym means a workout in 18-19 degrees all year round (even if the outside of the windows are frozen!). Perfect in summer or winter! 😅💪
