Kids Fitness Classes at Gas Station Fitness & Nutrition Windsor
Helping kids build strength, confidence and healthy habits for life.

FREE trial classes available – but spaces are limited, so be quick!
Classes for ages 5–8yrs, 9–11yrs and 12–15yrs
Schedule:

16.00 – 16.40 for 5 – 8 year olds (Monday)
16.40 – 17.20 for 9 - 11 year olds (Monday and Wednesday)
17.20 – 18.00 for 12 – 15 year olds (Monday)

What your child can look forward to:
Weightlifting (safe, supervised and technique-focused)
Fun conditioning
Games that keep them moving and smiling
