Need help training or planning for a fitness event this year? I am currently training for and training clients for Hyrox events. I have also competed in many triathlons and this year have my sights set on Blenheim Sprint Triathlon and Windsor Triathlon (Olympic distance), competing for Evo Triathlon Club, get in touch if you need any help getting yourself ready for an event, which I think is the best way to provide a focus for your training. Happy New Year to everyone, welcome to 2024. Bootcamps will be running from next week starting on Tuesday 9th January. They will be happening every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am during term time. New exercisers are welcome, please come and join. First session completely free. Edwin

Movements for tomorrow are:
- alternating donkey kicks + fire hydrants
- single arm row with band
- single leg deadlift with band
- front plank
- crab alternate toe touches
Finisher will include a 40m shuttle run and V-sits or in&outs.
Please bring a water bottle, mat and friend!! Ed

Dear All, welcome to the Batchelor's Acre Bootcamp page. We will be starting next week (week beginning Tuesday 9th May). Days will be decided by this Sunday evening after receiving a few more votes.
