All classes are on tonight so that's our friendly and fun Beginners class at 8.00pm followed by Beginners Practice, Step-Up and Intermediate / Advanced at 9.00pm!

Freestyle from 9.30pm - 11.00pm for all and Teas and Coffees and treats from 9.45pm.

Rob is joining me on stage this eve so expect smooth moves from him and stiffling giggles from me!

Coming around soon is our BIG Summer event at Windsor Leisure Centre.

A two room Freestyle night packed full of summer club and chill music - brought to you by our fantastic DJ's Smood Dale, Mark Taylor, Matt Thomas and Jo!

Get your Summer brights and whites on and join the tropical party!

Licensed Bar, Free parking from 9.00pm onwards, a small charge beforehand, Tea, Coffee, Fresh fruit and Tropical Treats from 10pm onwards.

Admission £15 in advance, £18 on the door. Bookings will close online on Friday 17th July at midnight.

Morning all and we are ready to dance again tonight!

Music being prepared as this message is going out - hoping to give you a mix of tracks tonight that keep you all dancing as much as you did last Wednesday!

So lovely to see lots of additional members last week. Some of you who we hadn't seen for ages!! SO lovely to have you back and come on - make it a two week streak and join us again this evening!

It only takes a couple of weeks for something to become a habit - and before you know it you'll be fit, feeling happier and generally wondering how you lived without us! 😜

Usual format this evening:

7.45pm Doors Open (We aim to get the music on at 7.45pm so please come and join us for a cheeky little bit of warm up Freestyle! Don't be shy - if the music is on, get on the floor!)

8.00pm - 8.45pm Beginners Class
8.45pm - 9.00pm Short Freestyle Session
9.00pm - 9.30pm Beginners Practice Session, Step Up Class and
Intermediate / Advanced Classes
9.30pm - 11.00pm Freestyle for All!

Complimentary Tea and Coffee for everyone from 9.45pm onwards. Please give our taxi team a chance to get everything set up for you!
