🚨 September is only 12 weeks away.

That’s 12 weeks to build fitness.
12 weeks to improve your running.
12 weeks to develop strength that actually transfers to performance.
12 weeks to arrive at your first race of the season feeling prepared, confident and ready to perform.

🏆 BERLIN AGE GROUP WINNERS & WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIERS 🏆

Massive congratulations to Chris & Mark on an outstanding performance in Berlin, taking the win in their Men’s Pro Doubles age group and securing their place at the HYROX World Championships in Stockholm.

The goal was simple: win the age group.

Mission accomplished. ✅

What makes this result even more impressive is how they achieved it. At the halfway point, the boys were 7 seconds behind the leaders. There was no panic, no change of plan, just trust in the process.

They stayed disciplined with their pacing, executed every station with precision, and gradually took control of the race.

The standout statistic?

Their run splits from Runs 2-7 were separated by just 5 seconds from fastest to slowest. That’s not luck. That’s preparation, discipline, and exceptional race ex*****on.

To come away with the win by 1 min 10 secs against a strong field is a huge achievement and a reflection of the hard work they’ve put in behind the scenes.

The boys also ran the 8th fastest time ever set in their AG aswell.

Rimini ready 🇮🇹🔥

Best of luck to Tilbe and Jake as they take on HYROX Rimini this weekend!

Tilbe is stepping up for both the Mixed Doubles and Mixed Relay races 👊 A huge challenge that demands fitness, teamwork and smart ex*****on. The work has been done — now it’s time to trust the process and enjoy every moment out on the race floor.

Jake continues his journey back from injury as he lines up in the Men’s Pro division. The comeback isn’t always linear, but the consistency, discipline and resilience he’s shown throughout this block has been outstanding. This is another big step forward 💪

Proud of both athletes and everything they’ve put into this preparation block.
Now it’s time to race hard, stay composed and leave nothing behind 🚀

Coaching isn’t just PB’s, splits and sessions—it’s adapting to real life.

Since coaching Ramon we’ve dealt with the highs of improving performance and also the lows and challenging times of managing a debilitating health condition.

This is Ramon’s words:


• What did you like most about the coaching?
What I liked most was the personal approach. You really took the time to understand me. Not just as an athlete, but also as a person with a family, work, and everything that comes with it. Over time, we’ve been through and shared a lot together during our collaboration. I see you not only as the best Hyrox coach I could have wished for, but also as a mentor and a friend. That made the coaching feel very real and sustainable.

• What makes this coaching different from others you’ve tried?

The biggest difference is the balance between performance and real life. It never felt like “just a program,” but more like a partnership. You always adapted when needed and understood that consistency over time is more important than pushing blindly.

• How did the structure/programming help your performance?

The structure gave me clarity and direction. I always knew what I had to do and why. It helped me improve step by step, without overdoing it. Even in difficult periods, the structure kept me going and made sure I kept progressing.

• How supported did you feel during the process?

I felt fully supported throughout the whole journey. You were always there when needed, and I knew I could be honest about how I felt both physically and mentally. That trust made a huge difference for me.

📣What nearly stopped you from starting — and what would you say to someone feeling the same?

At first, I wasn’t sure if I could combine it with my life being a father, running a business, and everything else going on. But I would say: just start. The coaching adapts to your life, not the other way around. If you’re willing to show up and stay consistent, it will pay off.
