This is a post I hoped to never have to write but deep down I know it was inevitable.

Ozzy was a huge inspiration to me I was very likely to have seen him a handful of times.
By far the best performance ever out of every band that I have seen.
The world is a darker place without you in it but thank you for everything from your music to the hope you gave me when the world turned its back.
Your music helped me through some really tough times and I will always be grateful and proud to be a Ozzy fan.
That why I have you and Randy Rhodes tattooed on my arm.
When you feel like

Someone once told me true change, only comes when you are fed up of your own bu****it.

The meaning behind this is when you’re fed up of the same situation that you find yourself in over and over again.
If that stuck in a job you hate or habits that you find you constantly keep indulging or struggling with weight loss. Confidence issues, stress, anxiety a number of these things that we all suffer with on a daily.
We all want to be motivated, but motivation comes after action never before.

Time to change.

I am so proud
I can’t begin to describe just how proud of Amy❤️ I am to see how far she’s come in such a short period of time, astonishes me and motivates me at the same time.
I see all the hard work that she puts in for her clients, but not only that she doesn’t just expect her clients to do what she says. She does everything her self lives the life not just the talk.
Like so many trainers I know that are so ego driven, but don’t give a damn about the clients and just want their money.
Think that will make them happy Amy is the complete opposite.
She is the most supportive person I’ve ever known, loyal beyond belief.
Will go above and beyond for everyone.

I’m going to tell you something that may shock you.

“I Don’t Like Around Other People”

For as long as I can remember I was the one who never fit in, I’m not like every one else some people all ways see the good in people but I just see darkness.

I remember the day like it was yesterday we’re I stopped feeling anything. It was like this never ending abyss, constant darkness under my skin you can get to a point in life we’re nothing else matters and you like your only friend is misery.

Having been Heated for most of my life for not being something some one else wanted. Bring told every day I would not be anything more then some one who pushed trolleys at Tesco’s. Because of something I had no choice over I’m Dyslexic something I would change in a heartbeat if I could.

I trust very few people and like even fewer, that sad thing is when you feel like this you can’t see that even your best friends suffering with there own Demons.

People don’t like the music I listen to for my it’s saying things I never could. Showing people it doesn’t matter what you think because there people out there that feel the same way.

Slipknot helps me take what I want to say but can’t and let it out by listening to the music. Hearing the emotion behind every word, every scream.
The masks show people the feeling inside they allow you to escape. You don’t get to see me you get to see what I want you to see and if you don’t like it then f**k off.

Mental health is something that can effect every one, that feeling when you walk in to a room and every one stops it hard not to think it’s about you but it’s more like the conversation is personal and hard to talk about with people you are not supper close to.
It’s hard not to feel like everyone is out to get you I feel like this most days. Only feel fine around family and love ones.

Remember you are not Alone, you are not Heated there will be more bad days then good. But you will treasure the good times more.
You will keep the people who make you feel safe a little closer.

I want to tell you everything is going to be ok but I can’t because it’s not that simple life is hard.

Why should I use a belt squat? 🤔

It’s a great tool for leg size and glute- hamstring building.
Also none of the back beat down, it will increase mobility and depth in the squat while building muscle at the same time.

Using the belt squat with no hands or hands on will give you a 1-1 ratio unlike a leg press which is more like 3-1 depending on what set up the leg presses.

You can also use the belt squat for glute bridges, rows, face pull, tricep extensions, split squats, reverse lunges, RDL’S, marching, deadlifts and even Bicep curls 💪

This machine will help you learn to school or help improve your squat no matter what your skill level.

Are you struggling to keep your lats tight when benching? 🤔

Try use some light to resistance bands, just fold them in half placing one at each end of the barbell.

The band’s are going to your elbows out and down this will engage your lats.

By doing this you will build stability and strength in the bench press.

It useless being able to press heavy if you can not control the weight. Lats are one of the biggest stabilises when you bench, keeping you planted to the bench also helping you lower the weight under control.

Try this and see not only how your bench improves but see how much better your shoulders feel as well.
