SPRING takes a holistic approach to wellbeing focusing on both the mind and body with tailored Personal Coaching programmes, Mat and Equipment based Pilates. Get mindful about movement with Group Mat classes, private Reformer Pilates classes or private Pilates studio classes at my home studio in Windsor. Get mindful and think more expansively about any current issues or challenges you maybe facing with tailored Life Coaching programmes.

Our Netball club is supporting the Forgotten ‘C’ Force’s Wives Challenge in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. As a club we are collectively exercising over a 24 hour period. This is our U14 squad doing their thing between 11am and 2pm today! Next up we have Midnight Pilates!

It’s cold 🥶 outside but it’s warm in the studio. Looking forward to the ‘men’ coming in tonight for their private 1:1 lessons...yep real men do Pilates 💪👏😍...it’s a fact!

Sunshine ☀️ in a Bowl...this delicious soup is packed full of antioxidants from the butternut squash and full of vitamin C and other immune boosting ingredients like garlic and ginger. It’s so simple to make and really is sunshine in a bowl 😊

Sunshine Soup - serves 6
3 tbsp coconut oil
5 Banana Shallots
1 Butternut Squash pealed & chopped
600g Carrots chopped
3 tbsp Grated Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
1.5 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 ltr Vegetable stock
600ml Coconut Milk (made from Lucy Bees creamed coconut)
1 tsp Maldon sea salt
6 Kaffir lime leaves
3tbs flake almonds - toasted
Fresh Coriander and lime to serve

Sauté the shallots, ginger, garlic and salt in the melted coconut oil for a few minutes until they start to soften. Add the spices cook for a further few minutes. Add the chopped squash and carrots. Continue to sauté for 5 minutes then add the stock, kaffir lime leaves and coconut milk. Simmer gentle until all the veg has softened.
Remove the lime leaves and blend until silky smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with roughly chopped coriander and toasted flakes almonds.
