Hi everyone! I have two 12 weeks of training programmes running in my app. One is suitable to the gym goers, another at home using heavy-duty bands and Swiss ball.
Programmes are great for those who would like to kick-start the year and build basic strength and conditioning.
You will get a 3/4 days per week training programme, nutrition coaching, direct messaging service with me, form checks, and custom adjustments to the programme if needed.
The programme will start on the 9th of January. It will be better to sign up a little bit earlier to leave you some time to get used to the app and do intake forms.

I NEED YOUR HELP!
I am looking for a volunteer to participate in my study case for my Strength and Conditioning assessment.
You do not need to be a professional Athlete! But you need to participate in some knind of sports even if its just for your own enjoyment.
I will need to do some research before you start. So actual work wont start until I won't finish my own preparation work. I am aiming to start actual practical work from April 12th.
What I will need from you?
✅ Commitment to 8 weeks programme;
✅ You need to have access to the gym equipment (barbell and weights) and space;
✅ Willing to learn;
✅ Be willing to do movement assessments and appropriate fitness tests.
We would work together as much as you need and all of it would be free of charge.
