Alice Stables took the title of Queen of the Cones for the 2011-12 season with Carole Redgrave as Queen of the Club Cones (Where are you all boys??) but with the National Championships at Windsor a new season has started with Fleur Snow being crowned Queen of the cones for the event with an amazingly fast double clear of 26.22 seconds under her time. The events in the 2012-13 season will be listed as soon as we have them. In the mean time have a great winter and we'll see you all next year!

Quick update for everyone on King of the Cones. We have now had all our events for the 2011-12 series. Results are:
Windsor Nationals 2011: Alice Stables 24.31seconds
Ashfields HDT 2012: Terry Bailey 7.59
Hopetoun HDT 2012: Janet Pilling 15seconds
Erddig HDT 2012: Sara Simmons 8.73seconds

And the Queen of the Cones for 2012 is.... Alice Stables! Well done Queen Alice

Queen of the Cones for Hopetoun 2012 was Janet Pilling with 15.00 seconds under her class time. Well done Janet but we still have Alice Stables holding onto her lead!

There will be a draw for the people who vote for the best drivers and the winner will get a free game when they are produced.

We are putting together a limited edition card game. To put together this the first thing needed is a list of about 40 drivers, it doesn't matter what class they drive in, they just need to be the best.

What we want to know is who do you think are the best drivers. If you have a suggestion put in on here as a comment, if the driver is always listed here click the like button for that driver and we will use that to rate the drivers.

To clear any confusion up Alice Stables was the Queen of the Cones for Windsor National Championships 2011. Although Horse and Hound were correct in stating that Nicola Blandin had the fastest double clear of the day Alice had more time under her class time and so she took the first title for the 2011-12 season.

The trophy is now at the engravers. It was a bit sad to let is go really but we pick it back up on tuesday. Then we have to give it away for 12months! :-( I'm sure Matt and Jo will look after it well.
