Since joining Sweaty Bums, Heidi has embraced strength training and regular sauna sessions, building strength, confidence, and consistency along the way.
The biggest win isn’t just feeling stronger physically, it’s the confidence that comes from investing in yourself and proving that age is no barrier to getting fitter, healthier and feeling your best.
