Physical Therapist / Tropic Ambassador

Welcome to my page and thank you for reading.

I love what I do. I have been a physical therapist for 20 years, practising aromatherapy with Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and using mostly organic oils. I also teach Ashtanga Yoga which uses Prana and Asanas to create heat within your own body, which in turn helps to detox and strengthen body and mind of mental and physical afflictions. Regular practise really does make a huge difference to body and mind. I have healed my own lower back ache that was with me for years, by regular Ashtanga Yoga practise. I teach 1-2-1- or outdoors in Windsor, weather permitting.

I have now discovered the brand Tropic and I must share, firstly because I love it and secondly because it supports all that I believe in from being cruelty free and caring about our Planet, as well as being honest, pure and effective. I have sampled a lot of their products and I have switched to Tropic, even with my City Block tinted face sun block, which I thought I’d struggle to let go of. The cleanser, toner and moisturiser had me hooked almost straight away too. The ingredients are amazing, as are most of their products. I truly can’t get enough of them. If you would like to sample these products, including natural sun care, men’s moisturiser and close shave and shower gels for all . Tropic also have amazing mineral make-up and body lotion as well as body glow and self tanners. The haircare is amazing too and products smell amazing.
