Your workout doesn't end when the class finishes.
What you eat afterwards can help support your energy, recovery and how ready you feel to move again next time.
After a more intense session like STRONG Nation, try to include protein to support muscle repair, carbohydrates to help restore energy, and fluids to replace what you lose through sweat.
It doesn't need to be complicated. Greek yoghurt with fruit. Eggs on wholegrain toast. Chicken, beans or tofu with rice or potatoes. A balanced wrap with protein and salad. Simple, real food that does the job.
It doesn't need to be expensive or "perfect" either. Small, consistent nutrition habits can make a big difference to how you feel in your body.
