Despite a small set back due to an injury at the end of my fight camp, I will now be fighting in 8 weeks time at Alfreton 🥊

More time to sharpen the tools ⚒️ Train harder and put in a top performance on fight night 💥 I will be bringing the best version of myself and can’t wait to see the support turn out for a great night of boxing in memory of a very special man to many 🙏🏼

HYBRID - A strong circuit based strength & conditioning class with our owner and former Royal Marines Commando Joe💪🏼 with a rotation of 4 different focuses that change each week - Strong/HIIT/Move/Competition.

Pilates Pyrínas Pilates | Katie Hornsby - Mat & Power - sticking to the classical Pilates principles and values - Mondays Mat is a more classical and fundamental approach, with Thursday Power adding a further strength element into the mix🧘🏽‍♀️

Yoga - a chance to unwind and relax with our lovely Maria. A perfect flow to stretch, build mobility and reset the body🧘🏽

Spin - A fast paced spin workout with our spin king Ian Thompson - an incredible session to build up your cardiovascular ability🚴🏼‍♀️

Boxing - A boxing circuit with the owner and professional Boxer Joe Wright🥊

At Aura Hub, we do things differently. Instead of a one-off gym induction, we offer 1:1 workshops to help every member feel confident, comfortable and get the most from their training🙌🏼

✨ What are workshops?
Spend time with one of our expert coaches to learn how to use the equipment correctly, improve your technique, ask questions and build confidence in the gym.

✨ What makes them different?
Our workshops go beyond a standard induction. You’ll learn proper form, how to adjust equipment to suit you, receive expert coaching tips, and leave with the foundations of a workout plan💪🏼
