I’m so excited to finally share the very first Pyrínas Pilates timetable with you🤍

From early morning movement to evening sessions, I’ve created a schedule that offers something for everyone - whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply make time for yourself through Reformer or Mat Pilates.

This is just the beginning. As Pyrínas Pilates continues to grow, the timetable will grow too, with Barre classes joining the schedule this September.

I’ve had a few spaces open up in my private Pilates class for Saturdays! Due to this, I’m allowing first time joiners to join the class for a reduced rate of £5 per person!
